Why do I keep getting logged out?

For security purposes, CONTXT automatically logs users out after 120 minutes of complete INACTIVITY. This timeout helps protect sensitive shipment and product data, especially when accounts are accessed across multiple teams and devices.

If you are being logged out more frequently than every 120 minutes, this may indicate something unusual with your session.
