Tips and Best Practices

Keep original formats
You do not need to convert files to PDF before uploading. Upload the document in the format you received it.

Upload large files individually
Uploading one file at a time helps monitor progress and reduces the chance of interruptions.

Organize related files using ZIP
If multiple documents belong together, compress them into a .zip file before uploading.

Use CSV for structured data
CSV files are ideal for structured datasets such as temperature logs or automated exports.

Review parsed data before adding
After the file parses, review the preview before selecting Add Data to Shipment.

Troubleshooting

The upload appears stuck
Wait about 30 seconds before refreshing the page. Large files may take time to process.

The “Add Data to Shipment” button is disabled
Refresh the page and try uploading the file again.

I see a parsing error
The file may be corrupted. Try uploading a fresh copy.

My ZIP file won’t parse
Ensure the ZIP file is not corrupted and only contains supported file types.

The file type I need isn’t supported
Convert the file to one of the supported formats listed above or contact support.
