Tips and Best Practices
Keep original formats
You do not need to convert files to PDF before uploading. Upload the document in the format you received it.
Upload large files individually
Uploading one file at a time helps monitor progress and reduces the chance of interruptions.
Organize related files using ZIP
If multiple documents belong together, compress them into a .zip file before uploading.
Use CSV for structured data
CSV files are ideal for structured datasets such as temperature logs or automated exports.
Review parsed data before adding
After the file parses, review the preview before selecting Add Data to Shipment.
