• Remove reviewer limits: Add as many reviewers as your organization requires instead of being limited to three

• External reviewer support: Include non-system users like external auditors, consultants, or regulatory specialists in your review workflow

• Sequential approval tracking: Clear visibility into approval status for each reviewer in the workflow

Improved Product Stability Budget Precision

More accurate stability tracking for regulatory submissions

• Higher precision calculations: Product stability budget now calculated with increased accuracy (stored with 4 decimal places, displayed with 2)

• Consistent display: Remaining stability budget shown accurately across device lists, stability charts, and temperature event details

• Fixed chart overlaps: Product stability charts no longer show overlapping percentage labels, making data easier to read at a glance

Improved Excursion Duration Calculation

Accurate time calculations when shipments end during excursions

• Final ping handling: When the last temperature reading is out of range, the system now calculates excursion duration based on the device's sampling interval instead of showing zero minutes

• Automatic duration assignment: If your device samples every 10 minutes and the final ping shows an excursion, the system automatically assigns a 10-minute excursion duration

• More accurate stability tracking: Product stability budget now accurately reflects exposure time even when shipments complete during temperature excursions

Real-Time Temperature Data Updates

See temperature changes as they happen

• Live data refresh: Temperature graphs and metrics update automatically when new device data arrives, eliminating the need to manually refresh your browser

• Faster collaboration: Comments now load immediately when you open a shipment, making team communication more efficient

• Reduced wait times: System optimized to fetch data at the right intervals, balancing freshness with performance

Cross-Module Navigation

Seamless movement between Command Center and Temperature Release

• Fixed module switching: Shipments marked as "both" or "temp release" now appear correctly in Temperature Release views and map displays

• Working filters: Filters within Temperature Release views now properly apply and call APIs, giving you the data subsets you need

• Correct shipment migration: Completed shipments automatically move to Temperature Release with proper source designation for seamless handoff

Device Provider Support

Professional display for all supported devices

• Universal logo support: All device providers (including newly added Controlant) now display logos correctly across alarm cards, device details, and summary views

• Dynamic rendering: Device provider information automatically pulled from the database, preventing display issues when new providers are added

• Consistent identification: Clear visual identification of which tracking devices are used on each shipment

Production Stability Fixes

Reliable system performance for critical workflows

• Device addition restored: Fixed error preventing manual device addition where manufacturer information wasn't being sent correctly

• Temperature graph loading: Resolved issue where temperature graphs would briefly show data after upload, then display as empty due to timing problems

• Duplicate audit entries removed: Eliminated duplicate entries in activity history when excursions were automatically resolved

Product Profile Temperature Range Logic (Live Risk System)

The underlying temperature comparison logic has been standardized across all pharmaceutical customers:

• Ideal Range (STR): Both temperature boundaries are inclusive—if your range is 2°C to 8°C, both 2°C and 8°C are acceptable

• Above Ideal Ranges: Lower boundary is exclusive, upper boundary is inclusive (for range 8°C to 25°C, temperatures must be above 8°C and up to 25°C)

• Below Ideal Ranges: Lower boundary is inclusive, upper boundary is exclusive (for range -10°C to 2°C, temperatures from -10°C up to but not including 2°C)

This standardization ensures consistent, predictable excursion detection across all your product profiles.

Automatic Airport Detection (Live Risk System)

Your shipments now benefit from intelligent airport stop detection:

• System automatically identifies when devices pass through 200 major airports worldwide

• Airport stops created automatically when device spends more than 2 hours within 10km of an airport

• Detected airports integrated with lane profile routing for better shipment tracking

This feature improves route visibility without requiring manual stop configuration for airports.
