This release introduces a full audit history for tags and delivers a wide sweep of notification email improvements — accurate subject lines, readable timestamps, complete device details, and cleaner formatting. We've also made workflow audit records easier to read and fixed an app loading error.

🆕 What's New

Tag Audit History ⭐

You can now see a complete history of everything that's happened to a tag.

• View every tag operation in one Activity history: created, updated, assigned to or removed from a group, and deleted • Filter the history by created or updated date, tag name, and tag group to find exactly what you're looking for

Why this matters: tags drive how shipments, lanes, products, and access groups are organized. A full audit trail means you can see who changed what and when — essential for traceability and for understanding how your tagging has evolved.

How to use:

  1. Go to Configuration → Tags

  2. Open the Activity history view

  3. Apply filters for date, tag name, or tag group to narrow the results

🎨 Improved Experience

Clearer Notification Emails

We made a broad pass over notification emails so they read accurately and look right across every email client:

  • Real-time tracking device now shows — registered at-origin and in-transit emails now display the shipment's primary tracking device (provider and device ID) instead of leaving the field blank

  • Accurate near-arrival subject — the "approaching destination" email subject no longer says the shipment has already arrived; it now matches the body and reflects that the shipment is close

  • Readable timestamps — arrival and alert emails now show times in a friendly, readable format instead of raw numeric timestamps

  • Cleaner delivered-email header — fixed the awkward punctuation in the "Shipment delivered" email header so it reads naturally

  • Readable plain-text emails — in the plain-text version of notification emails, links and labels now appear on their own lines instead of running together on a single line.

Delivery of External Notifications

  • Fixed a bug where shipment-completed emails to unregistered (external) recipients were incorrectly blocked and never delivered — these notifications now send correctly
