This release gives you better visibility into supply chain disruptions and deeper insight into lane performance.

🆕 What's New

⭐ External Events

See the disruptions that could impact your shipments before they become problems.

External Events overlays real-world disruptions directly onto your Command Center map so you can quickly understand what's happening across your network.

What's new

  • View live airport delays, port congestion, severe weather, and geopolitical events on the map.

  • Filter events by type to focus on the disruptions that matter most.

  • Instantly see how many lanes and shipments are impacted by each event.

  • Airports and ports are color-coded by severity, making delays and congestion easy to identify.

  • Open any event to view:

    • Event description

    • Start and end dates

    • Data source

    • Impact summary

    • A plain-language explanation

Why it matters

Instead of reacting after a disruption affects your shipment, you can identify developing events early and immediately understand which lanes and shipments may be impacted.

Why you'll love it

You don't have to jump between views to understand what's happening. Every shipment includes the disruption context you need in one place.

Getting started

  1. Open the Command Center map.

  2. Enable External Events by clicking on the cloud icon on the bottom right of your screen.

  • Active Events automatically update as you navigate through regions.

  • Select any highlighted region to see every active disruption within it.

  • Every shipment now includes its own External Events panel, automatically filtered for that shipment's lane.

Why it matters

Whether you're monitoring a global weather system or investigating a single shipment, you can quickly trace disruptions from the highest level all the way down to the shipments affected.

External Events on Every Shipment

Shipment pages now provide the same disruption context available in Command Center.

What's new

  • View active events directly from the shipment details page.

  • Events are automatically filtered to the shipment's lane.
