Changelog: CONTXT v3.0
Last updated: September 19, 2026
Released October 1, 2026
This is the biggest release the Command Center has had. We rebuilt the shipment page around one question, what do I need to do about this shipment, and put the Live Risk Agent in charge of the first read. Along the way the map gained a quick details card, the list gained columns and hover cards, and tracking, notifications and the Devices page each got a proper upgrade.
Why we redesigned Command Center
The shipment page had grown one card at a time. Details you needed sat in an accordion at the bottom, and the buttons were split between the header and the panels. Live Risk only ran on shipments with an active device, so many shipments never got a verdict at all. We stopped adding to that page and started over: less on the screen, every action in one corner, and an agent that reads the data before you do.
The full story is in A reset for the Command Center.
🆕 What's New
Shipment quick details on the map
What's new
Click a marker on the map and a card opens beside it. You see the verdict, why the agent reached it, the status, the last known location and what is on board. Hover a handling unit and you get its product, batch and stability budget too. You have not left the map.
Shipment quick details card open on the map, showing status, location and contents
The verdict and the reason, in one sentence
Product, handling unit and device counts
Status, origin, destination, last known location and ETA
Why it matters
Most shipments only need a glance. Now a glance is all they take, and the full page is there for the ones that need more.

The shipment list, at a glance
What's new
Two new columns, Mode of Transportation and Handling Unit. Every group bar now shows how many of its shipments are Off-Track, At-Risk and On-Track. Products, handling units and verdicts open a card on hover. Press T to fold the group under your mouse, or hold Alt and click to fold them all.
The List view with the new columns and group counts
Mode of Transportation pinned first, next to the shipment ID
Handling Unit count for every shipment
Hover cards on product, handling unit and Live Risk
Why it matters
Fold every group and the list becomes five lines that tell you where the risk is. Open only the group that needs you.

The shipment page: less noise, fewer clicks
What's new
The page shows the header, the journey, the last known location and the Live Risk verdict. Everything else is one hover or one click away. Copy, Share, Download, Files, Comments and Activity History sit together in the top right. Edit, Complete and Cancel live under the three dots. The order numbers, carrier references and tags moved into a panel that opens when you hover the info icon.
The redesigned shipment page
Every action in the top right corner
Reference details on hover instead of in an accordion
Timeline and devices open beside the map, so you keep your place
Why it matters
You read the verdict, you find the button, you act. The page no longer makes you assemble the answer yourself.

Live Risk Agent: one verdict from every source
What's new
Every active shipment now gets a verdict from the Live Risk Agent, with or without a device on board. The agent reads carrier milestones, device pings, silent devices and stale predictions, flight and vessel delays, external events, and the limits in your standard operating procedures (SOPs). Then it says On-Track, At-Risk or Off-Track, and why, in one sentence.

Delivery Impact: will it arrive on time
Product Impact: is the product still good
Watch For: what else needs an eye
Hover any chip for the reason and a recommended action
Why it matters
Numbers are easy. Reading them together and deciding what to do is the hard part, and the agent now does that first read for every shipment.

Flight, vessel and container tracking, inside CONTXT
What's new
When a shipment is on a flight, a vessel or in a container, the carrier's live tracking appears on the shipment page. The Last Known Location card gains a switch: one button for the device position, one for the Flight, Vessel or Container card. Hover the card for the whole leg.
The flight tracking card on the shipment page
Flight: route, phase, planned and actual times, on-time history
Vessel: ports, route covered, speed, course and navigation status
Container: voyage, every port call, booking and bill of lading
Why it matters
No more second tab open on the airline's website. The carrier's view and the device's view sit side by side, and the agent reads both.

Notifications for people outside CONTXT
What's new
Partners and customers who follow a shipment without a CONTXT account now receive exactly the emails you choose. Open the Notification Recipients screen from the pencil next to Notifications, and you get a switch for each of the seven shipment milestones and nine Live Risk events, plus a choice of up to two email languages. The milestone emails now carry the shipment's Customer Order ID.
The Notification Recipients screen
One switch per notification type
Up to two email languages per shipment
Customer Order ID in the external milestone emails
Why it matters
A receiving team can get the arrival emails and nothing else. A quality contact can get the temperature alerts and nothing else. Each one sees their own order reference.

Devices, tied to what they protect
What's new
The Devices page is now organized around handling units, the pallets and boxes a shipment is made of. Pick a handling unit and you see its products, their temperature status and their remaining stability budget (RSB). Open a product and you see its Temperature Impact bands, with the allowed time in each and the time actually spent there. Click a device and its full record opens in a drawer.

Product view with material, batch, dose, expiry and Temperature Impact
A Handling Unit column in the device table, and a full record per device
Why it matters
A reading only matters when you know which product it belongs to. Now the device, the pallet, the batch and the budget are on one screen, ready for a release decision.

🚀 Availability
CONTXT v3.0 is switched on per organization from October 1, 2026. Your PAXAFE customer success contact will confirm your date and can walk your team through the changes. Nothing needs to be migrated. Your shipments, products, lanes and users carry over as they are, and the new page reads the same data as the old one.
💡 Tips & Best Practices
Read the band first. The Live Risk sentence tells you whether a shipment needs you. Hover a chip for the reason and the recommended action.
Triage from the map. Click a marker and read the card. Open the full page only when you need the timeline, the devices or the files.
Fold the list. Hold Alt and click any group's triangle. Five bars with their counts show you where to look.
Hover before you click. Product pills, handling unit counts and verdict pills all open a card on hover.
Trim external emails. Open the Notifications pencil on a shipment and switch off what a partner does not need.
